Melexis GmbH, the Melexis GmbH Terms of Sale will apply.

In case the order acknowledgment and/or invoice is submitted by
Melexis NV or any of its affiliated companies or branch offices
other than Melexis GmbH, the Melexis International Terms of Sale
will apply.
